All services are provided with a written and signed business services agreement containing my business model terms, non-disclosure and confidentiality, and payment agreement. This ensures expectations are clear and we avoid any misunderstandings.
Retainer Business Model
I’ll propose a monthly retainer based on the area(s) in which you need support. Current retainers range from $650 to $2000 a month. My experience level enables me to accurately gauge the retainer fee. The retainer rate you secure is the rate at which overage hours are billed. I do my best to notify you of overages so you can maintain a budget.
The process starts with a phone meeting in which I collect information about your business goals, areas of concerns, and your team, if applicable. I’ll answer your questions so you can make an informed decision, provide references you may contact, discuss logistics of working together, send a copy of my business agreement for your review. These steps ensure we are a good fit before moving forward. Please note, the first 90-days is typical for an adjustment period should you underestimate areas in which you need/want support. You always maintain control of your budget.
