Business Productivity Strategy
Using the information gathered above, together we will develop a customized strategy for accelerated productivity. This is different for every client I work with. Some have streamlined business processes and just need additional help. Others need help defining what should and should not be delegated. Still others struggle with work/life balance and need help aligning priorities with values, while getting things done. We will customize the business productivity strategy according to your specific goals and objectives.
This could be as simple as rolling up my sleeves and starting with a to-do list. Maybe it means I’ll work with your operations team on a weekly basis on your behalf. If you don’t have an operations team, and want one, I can help you develop one. My professional background included some human resource work such as interviewing and vetting staff.
The bottom line is my support allows you to focus on your area of expertise – which is really why you started your business. NOTE: You will always be the decision-maker for your business. My role is to provide you with solutions and support, help you gather and process information, and ensure follow through of implementing your decisions according to your business productivity strategy. Logistically, we will have phone meetings and email for updates and to roll out new projects. We’ll meet weekly at a minimum for updates and I will always be as close as email or your phone for immediate needs during business hours.
There is no such thing as good business without accountability. I will be accountable to you for delivering solutions and support. You will be accountable to me by making timely decisions, doing your part of the plan, staying in communication, and sharing what is and is not working for you. As we stay accountable to each other, our partnership will go stronger, and your business will move toward your goals and objectives.
